Headlight Experts Return, Replacement, and Warranty Policies and Procedures

Standard Returns

We offer a 30 day Return Policy on all unused merchandise.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for any return to our company. No returns will be accepted without this number. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain an immediate RMA Number. All return requests must be made within 30 days of you receiving the package. A clear explanation of the reason for the return request will be required to facilitate the return. At that point, our representative will provide your return number. Shipping is not covered and will be deducted under our return policy and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defective Merchandise

Headlight Experts offers a limited lifetime warranty on our parts.

Exchanges

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for any exchange to our company. No exchanges will be accepted without this number. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain an immediate RMA Number. All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of you receiving the package. A clear explanation of the reason for the exchange request will be required to facilitate the exchange. You can put the credit towards any other product in our inventory. (ie. different ballasts or different color temperature light). At that point, our representative will provide your return number.

Incomplete or Damaged Shipments

If for any reason, you received either an incomplete, or damaged shipment we are here to IMMEDIATELY help. Please contact as soon as you realize your shipment is incomplete or damaged at [email protected] and we will request more information to get this resolved in a timely fashion.

Warranty Claims

Please contact us at any point when you feel your part(s) are defective. We will give you a couple troubleshooting procedures to try out first, and if those don't work, we will arrange an RMA number as described above in "Defective Merchandise" to get the part returned, and replaced.

Order Cancellations

As we process your items for shipment immediately, to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you feel you would like to cancel the order. In most cases, we cannot catch the product before it ships so you will have to arrange a return by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Shipping is not covered and will be deducted under our return policy and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds

Refunds within our 30 day return policy will be submitted back through the initial payment instrument. No exceptions. All returns are subject to a restocking fee unless the item was incorrectly sent by Headlight Experts.
